Thomas Sterchi revolutionized the Swiss job market by building up Switzerland's most successful Internet portal for job seekers and employers. In 2007, he sold the company to Tiger Global.
Thomas is the owner and chairman of the Tom Talent Holding, which holds interests in a variety of entertainment-oriented companies, such as Docmine Productions, the online casting agency „e‐talenta", the Swiss and German cinema and TV portals „cineman.ch" and „teleboy.ch" as well as several other start-up companies.
Thomas Sterchi owns several restaurants and venues in Zermatt, Switzerland, where he also founded and organized the music festival "Zermatt Unplugged" in 2007.
Tom Talent Holding is also a major shareholder of Spoundation Motion Picture GmbH, the company responsible for the conception and organization of the international, annual Zurich Film Festival.
